Routine dental checkup at Hughes and Owen in Swadlincote identified wobbly crown in plant and provided digital copy of x-ray.. Phoned Darren Bywater on a return home and offered next day appointment to investigate. At the appointment? Darren identified that the screw holding the crown in place had worked loose and set to to drill out material covering screw, tighten the screw, and replace covering. Job done! !

The team are very good at communicating and provide a great deal of information regarding procedures and the care they offer. All contact between me and the clinic has been clear and professional. I would say the fees are on the high side, but I do feel that I am receiving a high quality service for what I am paying, and trust they are providing the best care possible for the amount charged.

put off treatment for a tooth that required a filling, as I'm not the biggest fan of going to the dentist, as many people aren't. I had my filling done with Dr Greer who made it as comfortable as possible and was extremely patient with my moaning. Due to making it a challenge, I had to go for a slight adjustment, which was again handled extremely professionally. Very much appreciate the patience and understanding, along with doing a very good job with the required filling.

I have been a patient at this practice for a number of years. I can honestly say it is wonderful experience from reception, dentists and hygienists, they all make going to the dentist so easy. I opted to have some implants a few years ago and any fear disappeared after speaking to Darren Bywater, who exuded confidence in the procedure and I felt calm in going forward. The implants are very successful.If you are looking for a dental practice, I would highly recommend this one.

Recently had hygiene appointments with Scarlett for myself and Sylvia. Scarlett was excellent and also whitened Sylvia's teeth. Extremely pleased with the care and attention.

I currently have immediate dentures following multiple extractions at Darren Bywater Dental Care (22 in total!). The treatment that I have received before, during and after the extractions has been second to none and I am now looking forward to receiving my permanent dentures in approximately 3 months time when healing is complete. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental practice.
