I have had a new denture made and very pleased with the process and the fit thanks to the on site technician who has done a very good job.

The dentists are very competent, thorough and friendly. The dental nurses are also very friendly. I recently needed an emergency appointment due to toothache and was able to get an appointment the following morning. As a relatively new patient, I have only seen a hygienist once but had the best clean I've ever had. I'm very happy with moving to this practice.

Today’s experience of the removal of an existing filling and replacing with a white filling was completed without any issues. Reem explained the procedure prior to commencing and the whole process was pain free. I was even entertained with Reem’s karaoke!

I saw the hygienist today, Scarlet was very professional and made me feel very comfortable immediately and gentle with my scale and clean. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Routine dental checkup at Hughes and Owen in Swadlincote identified wobbly crown in plant and provided digital copy of x-ray.. Phoned Darren Bywater on a return home and offered next day appointment to investigate. At the appointment? Darren identified that the screw holding the crown in place had worked loose and set to to drill out material covering screw, tighten the screw, and replace covering. Job done! !

The team are very good at communicating and provide a great deal of information regarding procedures and the care they offer. All contact between me and the clinic has been clear and professional. I would say the fees are on the high side, but I do feel that I am receiving a high quality service for what I am paying, and trust they are providing the best care possible for the amount charged.
