Dental Practice

In 2012, my vision for a dental practice was made real. Creating and putting into place a dental practice is not an easy proposition. Many of my colleagues would agree that it is one of the most difficult businesses to set up and run effectively. Without continued year-on-year investment in staff and equipment, an effective, efficient caring service cannot be provided.

Here at Darren Bywater Dental Care, that is exactly what we have done. Year on year, investment has been fed back into the practice to make it one of the most advanced and envied dental practices in the East Midlands. In the beginning, I began my business with one dentist…myself. Our success and expansion over these few years are a testimony to our commitment to patient care. We now have 33 members of staff. Four general dentists, eight special interest dentists, one facial aesthetician, five hygienists/therapists, one clinical dental technician, eight dental nurses and six support staff.

Central to our success is our core value of Patient Care. All our staff are aware that patient needs are a priority. This is seen in every aspect of our business.

put off treatment for a tooth that required a filling, as I'm not the biggest fan of going to the dentist, as many people aren't. I had my filling done with Dr Greer who made it as comfortable as possible and was extremely patient with my moaning. Due to making it a challenge, I had to go for a slight adjustment, which was again handled extremely professionally. Very much appreciate the patience and understanding, along with doing a very good job with the required filling.
