A very good experience, from warm welcome to professional courtesy, care and expertise. A recent root canal treatment was clearly explained along with options, risks and benefits. The procedures were easy, painless and I have every confidence recommending this dental practice to others.

I recently needed two dental implants and, after asking around, was repeatedly told that Darren Bywater was the person to see in Derby. Having now gone through the process, I can honestly say the recommendation was well deserved. From the very first appointment, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The team made the administrative side straightforward, including arranging finance, which was quick and easy. What impressed me most during my consultation was the honest and balanced advice. Darren took the time to explain all of my options, including the least expensive ones, outlining the pros and cons of each. There was absolutely no hard selling or pressure to choose a more expensive treatment. Instead, he provided all the information, discussed the risks openly, and left the decision entirely up to me. I had the implant procedure this week and, if I’m honest, I was dreading it. I expected it to be painful and uncomfortable, but the experience was the complete opposite. The procedure was carried out with great care and professionalism, and two days later I have only mild discomfort. The aftercare has been exceptional. I received a follow-up call to check how I was doing, and every stage of the process was clearly explained. I was sent home with everything I needed, including mouthwash,, and even a soft toothbrush, which I thought was a particularly thoughtful touch. Overall, I have been extremely impressed by both Darren and his team. If you need dental implants or similar treatment, I genuinely don’t think you could be in better hands. Highly recommended.

If it wasn’t for Charlotte and Natalie I wouldn’t be visiting a dentist. I’d had a really bad experience somewhere else and hadn’t visited the dentist in years, until I came to the both of them. I don’t fear going to the dentist anymore thanks to the compassion and understanding they have both shown me.

This is a really great dental practice. My dentist Sunny is superb as is his dental nurse . Everyone is very professional and well trained . Sunny explains everything clearly is very patient and the nurse , Holly , is great too . I would not go anywhere else and I have great confidence in Sunny and his team . Highly recommend.

The practice is local and convenient for myself. The reception staff are always professional and polite. The dentist I see is always very polite and utterly professional and work I have had done previously has been of the highest standard. The dentist who carried out the work was considerate of my needs in terms of the work carried out and made sure I was aware of every step carried out before and during the works. Very happy with everything about Darren Bywater`s practice to date.

My dental needs were met to my total satisfaction. The clinic is clean and well presented. The staff were friendly and helpful. I have mobility problems which were solved by having a ground floor clinic.

Paulina is so friendly and puts me at my ease, she explains the treatment in great detail.

Reem was very friendly and helpful, took time to explain things, and was very gentle.

Needing a broken tooth to be removed I was expecting it to be a painful experience but that wasn't the case, they worked together as a team I was completely at ease, thankyou ladies.

Friendly experienced staff

This was the last in a series of 4 appointments to deal with the removal of an old bridge and the fitting of a new bridge. The course of treatment was carried out as per the plan with no problems and I am very pleased with the new bridge.
