I don’t know how to thank you and your amazing staff enough for everything you have given me by fixing my smile. From the minute I walked into your surgery I felt at ease, from your wonderful receptionists to your amazing nurses and then your fabulous self. I have never ever had the pleasure of meeting such lovely caring people like your staff. You promised me my smile and boy did you deliver! I may have gone up a dress size but :-) but I'll never complain (bet you read that twice, a woman saying she'd never complain). You are the kindest, sweetest, most caring, friendliest and patient dentist I have honestly ever met; you really are a wonderful man! I have always been terrified over dentist and as you well know had not been to a dentist for a long long time, but not once did I feel terrified with you Aly looking after me (I’m sure I’ve spelt her name wrong, I’m very sorry), I hope your hand is okay Aly, thank you for always holding my hand and telling me to wiggle my toes :) You have given me something I never ever thought I’d see again and that is my smile. My best friend rang me just the other day to say she is getting married in August and will i be her chief bridesmaid. After saying yes, the first thing I said was that I will be able to smile on her wedding photos and that means so much to me

I also want to say a massive thank you to Stefan for making my teeth and also for his patience with me, another wonderful man. Not forgetting your lovely receptionists, thank you for your patience with me when I’d forgotten my appointments or had to re-arrange them and for ringing me taxis and also passing me a mirror on my way out to check my mouth :)

Darren I want to say a massive thank you to each and every one of you. Your team are all amazing, and I still think you do a niceness test when you take people on :) I will honestly be grateful to you for the rest of my life. You really don’t know how much your kindness has touched me, especially when I was having such a rough time of it.
