Dental Practice

In 2012 my vision for a dental practice was made real. Creating and putting into place a dental practice is not an easy proposition. Many of my colleagues would agree it is one of the most difficult businesses to set up and run effectively. Without continued year on year investment in staff and equipment, an effective efficient caring service cannot be provided.

Here at Darren Bywater Dental Care that is exactly what we have done. Year on year investment has been fed back into the practice to make it one of the most advanced envied dental practices in the East Midlands.  In the beginning I began my business with one dentist…myself. Our success and expansion over these few years is testimony to our commitment to patient care. We now have 19 members of staff. Four general dentists, two specialist’s dentists, one hygienist/therapist, two clinical dental technicians and ten support staff.

Central to our success is our core value of Patient Care. All our staff are aware that patient needs are a priority. This is seen in every aspect of our business.
